Referrals from your Family Physician/ General Practitioner are preferred. With your consent, we shall copy your referring doctor in on reports and recommendations after consultations, to ensure good communication and continuity of care. If you don’t have a regular doctor we can accept a direct self-referral.
If you wish to schedule an online consultation with Dr Stones, this can be via Zoom or WhatsApp. Kindly ensure you are in a location with good internet bandwidth, privacy and no distractions during the consultation. You should check your webcam and microphone before the call starts. The standard consultation duration is scheduled for up to 30 minutes. Online consultations are not recorded but you will receive a written report. If you wish to have your partner/ companion with you during the consultation that is fine, but please ensure that any other person in the room is introduced before the discussion starts.
